Baker Electrical Pty Ltd (previously trading as Paul Baker Electrical Services) commenced 25 years ago by licensed electrician, Paul Baker. The company quickly established a name in the area of commercial catering equipment services and repairs, with a reputation for being a reliable and quality conscious service provider.

As the company’s reputation spread, Baker Electrical soon became involved in the repair and servicing of all brands of food catering equipment. Servicing restaurants, hotels, clubs, nursing and retirement facilities and private companies throughout the Sydney metropolitan region, north to Forster, south to Nowra and west to the Blue Mountains.

The mission at Baker Electrical Services has continually been to provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction, at all times. To ensure this, only the best and professional fully trained and licensed electrical technicians are employed to perform “in the field” service functions. Each technician is continually trained in new model service techniques as well as made aware of updates and changes that are made to existing equipment.

A continual quality improvement program is an essential part of the internal workings of the company. With internal service staff who have “in the field” working knowledge of all equipment, Baker Electrical can also guarantee that all service or breakdown enquiries are accurately diagnosed, prior to the service technician arriving on site, therefore making most instances a “first time fix” situation.

The complete team at Paul Baker Electrical is committed to providing the very best of service and assistance to their customers and will continually keep up with the ever changing needs of the food catering industry. In the field our technicians will continue to keep a large range of parts and equipment. We are constantly updating our computer and communication systems. Call times will always be same day service and in most cases within 4 hours of the service call being made.
